I will endeavour to ship your order within 3 working days of receiving payment. The shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and added onto the item cost. All orders within Europe are tracked and insured. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days from shipment date to arrival.
Prices
All Alex Gabriels Ceramics prices are quoted in Euro’s. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time without notice. Postage and Packing charges are calculated and added at checkout. Alex Gabriels Ceramics does not charge goods and service tax.
Payments
Payment is accepted through credit card – Since transactions take place through PayPal, credit card details are not stored with Alex Gabriels Ceramics. Goods are shipped upon receiving full payment.
Order Fulfillment and Backorders
I have a wide range in our ceramic collections. Since each piece is hand crafted, it is not always possible for me to have everything in stock to ship, but we can always make your favorite piece just for you! If you want to order this, please contact me by mail, so we can make further agreements about delivery. Alex Gabriels Ceramics reserves the right to cancel any order at any time prior to shipment and issue a refund.
Privacy
Alex Gabriels Ceramics never keeps or shares personal information. Any information we receive is used to process the order, allow delivery and enable contact in relation to the order. The information is not used for marketing and is not passed to any other parties. Alex Gabriels Ceramics does not store credit card information.
Descriptions
As each pot is a unique handmade object they are subject to slight variations in shape, size and tone. We endeavour to represent the pots as accurately as possible however all descriptions and photos should be seen as representational only.
Returns Policy
We offer a simple returns policy. We will accept returns and will issue a refund if you are unhappy with the ceramics purchased. Alex Gabriels Ceramics needs to be informed by email of the decision to return the items within 3 days of receiving the order and the items are to be returned within 10 days of the date of originally receiving the order. Refunds will not include shipping costs and will only be given if the goods are returned unused and undamaged so we recommend using registered and insured post. Please contact us for return address information.
